Looking for a punk band from the mid 2000s

Hello! I am trying to track down a punk band that originated at the U of M in the mid 2000s. I saw them at Pizza Luce in Duluth somewhere around 2006-2007. I think their name was some sort of synonym for "community" or "collaboration." I remember the guitarist had a short mohawk. I know I'm grasping at straws here, but if anyone has any info I would really appreciate it.
