throttled.service stopped working

Hi

I have Arch installed on a ThinkPad T490, using throttled, auto-cpufreq and partly tlp with Plasma.

Whatever happened throttled doesn't load as a service. I don't know when this started (a few days ago I had two crashes of which I thought those were caused by Undervolting combined with Ferdium|Discord), so I can't follow this back but I get the following error.

I have no idea how to debug this. I tried reinstalling throttled and python but to no success. I tried completely shutting down the laptop instead of just rebooting, didn't help either.
