What jobs/careers pay around $30/HR in Halifax?

Hey all, been looking to make a job change recently and $30/HR looks to be the minimum to be able to build some sort of life in the city. What jobs pay in this range and what qualifications are required? Going back to school is on the table but dependent on expense etc.

Thanks
