Brainstem cavernoma

Hello everyone. I had a brainstem cavernoma and a bleeding from it before it was removed microsurgically. Since I had a bleeding I got diplopia, inability to walk unaided, 10 days after surgery I got tremor and right after surgery I got dysarthria. I’m in recovery range of 3-6 months but I’m worried because I don’t observe improvements after four months after surgery and with everything doing to recover. Does anyone know similar story of recovery months after surgery? And if yes what helped you the most. Thank you for reading. By the way I’m 30 and was diagnosed with hemorrhagic stroke.
