Process to get "full Car license"

Hi, im about to finish the 3 years on my temp drivers licence expiring this sunday.

Does anyone know if I am allowed to go to the office cantonal des vehicules on friday when its open to prematurely get my permanent license? Surely 2 days early cant pose a problem?

If not, then would I be allowed to drive next week with my "expired" probation license to get it renewed?
