Looking for single player PC games that feature realistic guns and ammo

I'm looking for suggestions for single player PC games that feature guns based on real world weapons and real ammunition types.

The games can also feature sci-fi weapons as long as some of the weapons are also based on real world guns. I would like the game to also include real ammunition types like 9mm, 5.56 etc rather than generic 'pistol ammo' or 'rifle ammo' etc. Bonus points if the guns can be modded and you can switch ammo types, such as being able to use hollow point etc.

Examples that I've played that do this well would be Fallout: New Vegas and Wasteland 2. An example of what I'm not looking for would be Cyberpunk 2077, as the guns are largely not based on realistic designs and the ammo types are generic.

I've already played all the Fallout games, Starfield, the Arma/Operation Flashpoint series, all modern GTAs and RDR2. Any genre is grand, thanks!
