Fuck it...I've got cancer, I'm on chemo, and sometimes sex is horrible. Why do I have to keep explaining this to him?

I'm sorry, but...god. This is a nightmare. Not only is it painful, I guess it's threatening my immune system because I can get tiny vaginal tears that can become infected? I give him blow jobs CONSTANTLY- and I guess that's not enough. I'm exhausted. I'm vomiting. And all he can do is complain. Seriously? Am I missing something here? What the hell else am I supposed to do?
