Which roofer using better materials?

Narrowed down to 2 reputable contractors that I’m working with on a roofing job and curious which you would go for. Both are the same price before negotiating

Also first one is saying their materials are better, Firestone ultra flash vs Karna, does that matter?

Contractor 1

1. We will begin our project by removing all of the existing roof layers down to the wooden deck of the building.
2. We will also remove the existing roof gutter from the roof.
3. We will also remove the existing skylights and existing roof hatch-cover.
4. We will replace any visible rotten/damaged wood on the existing wooden deck.
5. We will install Firestone 2-inch Insulation boards over the wooden deck of the house.
6. We will install Firestone self-adhered Base-Sheet barrier over the insulation we have previously installed.
7. We will then install a new heavy gauge flanged flat roof gutter on the roof.
8. A new layer of FIRESTONE SBS Granule finished rubberized membrane will be installed throughout the whole roof.
9. We will install a new heavy gauge gravel stop metals on the right-side edge of the house to prevent any water overflowing onto the façade of the building.
10. A new Firestone membrane will also be installed on all parapet walls and chimneys.
11. Firestone Ultra Flash and fleece will also be applied wherever we stop with the new rubberized membrane we had previously installed.
12. We will also apply Firestone Liquid Ultra Flash around pipes, vents, skylights etc.
13. Moreover, we will go ahead and install a new galvanized vented skylight and a new Steel HYDRAULIC roof hatch-cover.

Contractor 2

1. PREPARE THE AREAS SURROUNDING WITH 2. NESSARY TARPS TO KEEP EVERYTHING 3. CLEAN AND TO PROTECT PEDESTRAINS.
2. REMOVE ALL ROOF MATERIALS DOWN TO WOOD. PROVIDE 2 SHEETS OF PLY WOOD IF NEEDED ANY ADDITIONAL WOOD WILL BE $200.00 PER SHEET
3. INSTALL 1 inch Insulation
4. INSTALL 3/8 INCH POLYBOARD E, FASTENED WITH 2 1⁄2 INCH SCREWS WITH
5. INSTALL GAF SELF-ADHERED EVERGUARD BASE APPLY APP 180 WHITE FIRESTONE RUBBER
6. CREATE A NEW HATCH COVER BUILD OFF ROOF WITH 2X6 WOOD
7. REMOVE EXISTING GUTTER NI REAR, AND INSTALL ANEW 6 INCH FLAT ROOF GUTTER WITH A FLANGE... AND 3X4 LEADER PIPE
8. INSTALL GRAVEL STOP DRIP EDGE ALONG DRIVEWAY SIDE
9. FLASH WITH KARNA FLEX, BETWEEN NEIGHBOR AND ON ALL VENTS AND SKYLIGHT • REMOVE ALL JOB DEBRIS • PROVIDE ALL INSURANCE CERTIFICATES PRIOR TO JOB START • PROVDI E AL L PERMITS FI NE EDED PROVIDE 10 YEARS GUARANTEE ON WORKMENSHIP
