Need Inspiration for a Logo Redesign

Hello everyone! Recently, I was asked by my boss to help him redesign his logo, and I got the go-ahead from my teacher to do it. The problem is, I have absolutely no idea what to do for it. I am completely stumped despite having complete creative freedom. I have tried asking other people in my GDI class, but they also can't come up with anything. The current logo for the company is a royalty free shark head with a clipart burger in its mouth, reminiscent of the name of the burger joint, Sharks Burger. I believe what I'm having trouble with the most is that all of the ideas I am having don't fit my style or my idea of a good logo. I could really use some inspiration just to get me started please and thank you!
