I don’t know much so please explain as much as possible and I’ll try and provide as much detail as possible.

Moved from a house to an apartment. At my old house I had ATT internet and the server was connected via Ethernet. I created that server on that internet and the ip address was based on that internet. Recently, I moved to an apartment that also uses ATT internet but it is community internet and I had to create a new att account. Community internet is provided by the apartment. I still have access to manage devices and what not connected to the internet but when I plug my server into Ethernet I cannot access the web gui and it does not show up as a device in my internet manager site through att.

There’s nothing wrong with the Ethernet port, I tested it on my pc and it works fine.

I could add the server via WiFi if I knew the MAC address but I don’t know how to get that.

Do I have to change the ip address to match the new internets ip address? If so how do I do that?

I’ve tried connecting via unraid connect but it shows offline.

I’ve logged into the server via the boot screen but I don’t really know any commands that could help. Everything looks normal to me on the boot screen picture I attached.

Also I’m going to be busy finishing moving the rest of the day so it may be a little bit before I respond to any questions.

Please help me reconnect my server to new internet
