Am I readying too far into my RL’s ping?

I’m an A3 up for senior promi next month. I sent a message about reinvest opportunities to my RL.

His exact words were “you are good.. go ahead with it.. we are done with CRT..”

Am I reading too far into his IM? The extra periods are alarming to me. What do you all think? How would you all see this?
