I work on a team as an A3 and do not work under a senior. I report directly to a senior manager. I would think this would mean there is a business need for a senior on the team. I’m up for promo this year and I’m hoping that in this situation gives me even more so of a reason to be promoted. My team is all in favor of my promotion. I’ve been at the firm for 2 years.

I’m an A3 up for senior promi next month. I sent a message about reinvest opportunities to my RL.

His exact words were “you are good.. go ahead with it.. we are done with CRT..”

Am I reading too far into his IM? The extra periods are alarming to me. What do you all think? How would you all see this?

I was told on my most recent meeting with my RL that they have put up the recommendation for me to make senior associate this year(current A3. I assume this is based off the pre-CRT discussion they had? I was also told by my RL to not be disappointed if I do not get the promo.

Should I be concerned by this or am I looking too far into things? If it’s already decided in pre-CRTs if someone will be promoted? Has anyone been told something similar and not been promoted?

Hey all, I’ve been looking over the salary tracker in the google doc and have been seeing starting senior pay consistently at $100k+ in tier 3 cities.

Just want to confirm with any current SA1s if this is truely accurate. What was your SA one promo pay and bump from A3 >SA1.

Hey guys! New to this forum! I’m looking to replace my crappy ryobi 40v push mower with a real mower. I’m currently between the two mowers:

Toro Super Recycler (preferably the 190cc electric start)

Honda HRX

The only thing I’m not liking about the Honda is the nexite/ plastic deck. From research it seems that these crack. I’m just not a fan of a plastic deck in any shape or form. I’m leaning more towards the Toro for the cast aluminum deck. I wish it had the Honda and not the brigs tho.

Any words of advice here??

Any other recommendations other than the two mowers I’ve mentioned here? I’m willing to spend up to $1k.
