This website is over hated honestly i had like a 8.5/10 experience with them, -1.5 points because the website or the bank failed to do the transaction so the skates weren’t paid and they hadn’t sent them, but we called them and they sent us an email where we could pay, then they sent the skates that same day and they arrived 3 days later (from italy to spain), we also called them to ask about returns before we bought them and they also answered quickly, they also have some of the lowest prices i’ve ever seen in europe
