Advice about having my first experience with a woman who's got *stuff* going on

Questions / Advice Wanted

hi everybody o/

I met a girl on an app who was looking for a "friends with benefits" type of thing and we talked for a couple of weeks. During this time she invited me over a few times, which I declined because this would be my first time with a woman and well I freaked out a little every time she expressed interest in sleeping with me, which she did often and very explicitly. She was cool about it and said she would wait until I felt ready and we could still talk in the meantime. I would also be her first time with a woman and she said we could make this a regular thing if we wanted.

One night we were talking and she dropped the info that she's sleeping with a (guy) friend and that "it's no big deal and we're very open about it, we're just friends who have sex sometimes", she even told me some details about how they have sex, which I absolutely did not ask for. I felt weirded out when she mentioned that especially because it seemed like she went out of her way to tell me about it. So I looked at her insta and I noticed that she's with this guy in many, many pictures, they go out together with a group, they go to the beach and hang out at his house together just the two of them, they seem really close. He's also her number one fan, he's the first to like all her posts.

So a few days later I remembered when she told me that she divorced her ex because she fell out of love with him for being extremely jealous of her. She didn't go into much detail but she said that her "mind was in peace because I know I didn't do anything while we were together". I might be going crazy but to me, it sounds like a typical "the guy she told you not to worry about" (the friend) who ends up getting with her (well, kinda, because she said she doesn't want to date anyone for now but she's open to it).

Now, I wouldn't be overthinking this much if she hadn't told me about this whole thing, but now that I have this information I'm wondering whether I should pursue anything with her, even if it's just physical. If my suspicions are right and her friend now fuckbuddy is the cause of her divorce, I don't want to be involved in something like that. Even though I'm not looking to date, I wanted my first time to be special and with someone I "liked" a little bit (not in a romantic way). She seemed like the perfect candidate up until that point but I don't want to take the chances of getting caught in the middle of her... thing or getting hurt in any way. I just wish she hadn't told me any of this.

Anybody has been in a similar situation or has any perspective?
