Random Disconnects

My internet keeps randomly disconnecting, sometimes the Modem will reboot sometimes it is not. From what I can tell my Down, SNR, and UP are all within spec, SNR can be a little low sometimes. But no matter how many resets I do I cant get the issue to resolve. I am also having an impossible time trying to get a Tech out to check the physical wires
