My Wife and I are debating whether a postcard at Airbnb is a decoration or something we can use and send [USA]

Our Airbnb is in a beautiful mountain area. In the primary bedroom, in a small basket on the dresser, is a postcard with images of the mountains and the name of the city where we are staying. I mentioned to my wife that I would send the postcard to our kids and they would appreciate it. She said that it was not a postcard to be used, but a decoration. It's not framed or on the wall, it's just in an open basket next to a mirror. Any thoughts? I know it's just a postcard but it piqued my curiousity, and of course I could ask the owner and they are very nice and they would probably tell me to take it but I don't want to overstep.
