What happens after the first weird sim season?

Everyone has seen plenty of the screenshots of crazy playoffs and all the traditional top teams doing poorly. I haven’t seen much discussion of what comes next. Do the expected top teams (Georgia, Texas, Ohio State etc) suddenly blow up their programs and fire the head coach and all the players transfer out due to not meeting expectations? Do the random G5 teams who won it all suddenly poach those coaches and players? Or does it all just carry on and the same randomness happens next season?
