Are local area maps for the metro & spider maps for bus stops available online in a centralized location? (Not looking for the overall network maps)

There are local area maps in each metro station, showing where the various exits from the station come up at street level. Are these maps available online in some centralized location?

Also, for places like Praca Dom Pedro IV (Rossio), where numerous buses stop at numerous locations around the plaza, there used to be spider maps showing where around the plaza each bus stopped. Do these maps still exist, and are they available online in some centralized location?
