I hate when you can actually look at people and see they are not mentally there. Like if you look at her eyes, there's obviously vacancy, no coherent thoughts, but a whole lotta "I'm right" thoughts and mentality. I had an overly christian neighbor like that... it's hard to explain, but it's really just sad in the end.

No need to explain. I grew up in that super christian family. Calling her cats kids and meowing like she did on that show. She thinks that's funny and cute. A few too many guys pandered to her merely because she was probably very pretty, that's what I got from that.
Also how about Sami just blatantly threatening people? Match made in heaven...

seems to me like this dude was already having a bad day, and the sub-par-ness of this restaurant finally tipped it. he makes some good points, but others are not as great. No smoking within 20 feet, for example.
But the woman acted distastefully. Not 100% of people can be expected to enjoy food. Ive made fantastic steaks and my mom refuses to eat them simply because she doesnt like steak. Wont try it or anything, just says no thanks. The store owner and lady need to learn how to take bad reviews in stride and learn from their mistakes rather than flaring their egos up to make up for their shortcomings.
And this dude needs to take a breather and realize he is having a grumpy-pants day before writing a review of a place.

It is worth it to watch the whole thing, they are just terrible human beings who also are not very good restauranteurs. They fire a waitress on camera for asking a question, they have gone through 100 employees since opening (3 years I think), cannot take any criticism, blame the customer when things are wrong, owner won't let any staff use the POS system which causes errors and slowness, etc.
