Neighbor pushed storm fallen tree into my yard with tractor. Said it's my problem

We had a windstorm come through town and make a mess of things. A tree blew over and blocked my neighbors driveway. He used a tractor and pushed the fallen tree into my yard. I gave him benefit of the doubt that he just needed access to the street and would clear the tree later. I talked to him today and he said "he paced off the tree and its on my property" so i was responsible for its removal. I asked him who said it was mine and he laughed at me and walked off and said goodluck. Im going to talk to a survey company today and get a survey done.

A few other info, this is rural housing like acreage lots not your typical suburb. Im 99% sure its his tree bc i lived here when the property was fenced and the tree was on his side of the fence.

My legal question. What happens if I get a survey and the tree is in fact his. It fell on his property and I have photos of where it fell and I have photos of him using a tractor to push it onto my property. If the tree is in fact mine, i'll remove it
