Car broken down on the tracks at Chelsea Station

I’m currently onboard Newburyport Line Train 151, 1:05pm outbound from North Station. We are stopped in the area of the Encore hotel. Conductor announced the delay is due to a car broken down in the middle of the tracks at Chelsea. He said the delay shouldn’t be more than a few minutes.
