Technical issues during presentation

My coworker and I were to present today for a meeting (spanning across multiple teams in the company). We were notified a month in advance. Had all the materials ready and prepped well. We’ve been doing multiple presentations on our work across different teams.

During the teams meeting, I noticed I couldn’t unmute myself, share my screen or turn on video as these buttons were greyed out. I informed the organizer promptly and she toggled me to presenter. However that still didn’t work even after I restarted teams and joined - and my coworker had to present on my behalf. I did join through mobile later. There was a pop up that asked me to give permissions to record my voice but unmuting didn’t work even after I said yes. My coworker presented my part.

My team lead was also on the meeting (btw we both are the same level of seniority and title, but he is also product owner). I messaged him and asked if he faced a similar issue to which he said no. I responded and told him I faced technical difficulties and that it was likely a Microsoft teams bug. He reacted with a “thumbs down” emoji lol. I was quite taken aback and felt attacked. Am I overthinking this? How should I proceed?
