Porsche Panamera 2019 base model or 4S/GTS?

UAE 🇦🇪

Hi all,

I'm strongly considering buying a Porsche Panamera. I currently drive Toyota Landcruiser which I intend to keep, but we need a second car. Unfortunately, it needs to be a 4-door car to suite or family needs so a Cayenne is unfortunately not an option right now (although I would prefer it).

I like this 2019 model, but it's base model and American Spec: 2019. Massage, Panoramic, R21, Ventilation, 360. low km | dubizzle

Do you think it is worth getting the 4S or GTS over the base model? I'm wouldn't say I'm a car guy, but I do love Porsche cars and the Panamera as a luxury sedan in particular. I drove a Porsche Boxter S for a couple of years, but this was a 2005 model. Fun car, but lacking in HP, so I would expect even the base Panamera to feel MUCH faster than that.

I know American specs are typically frowned upon but does that also apply for luxury vehicles like the Panamera (maybe even more so?). In any case I would get a PPI.

Also the way the ad says "Car NOT flooded!! Keeping in 4th floor parking!" definitely makes me think it was flooded...

Grateful for your thoughts, comments...
