Looking for an FFL that will do an interstate intrafamilial transfer in person in the Sacramento area

My father is visiting from out of state and wants to bring a firearm to give to me as a gift. He is an AZ resident and I am a CA resident. From everything I've read online, it is completely legal for the two of us to go in person to an FFL and do this transfer.

However, I've called about a dozen FFLs and each one has told me no. Many have given flat-out wrong advice ("just fill out the form online"), and the rest said they only do interstate if it's dealer-to-dealer.

I'm going to keep calling around, but I figured I'd check in here and see if anyone knows of an FFL that will do this. Ideally, the place would be somewhere between Sacramento and Auburn, but I can go further if needed.
