Curious symptoms

So for a few weeks I’ve been having random bits of chest pain that first seemed like I was having heart issues, but after 3 ER visits it seems in every test done there were no physical signs of anything wrong. The chest pain basically felt like pressure deep in my chest. Sometimes there’s a sudden stabbing feeling. In one instance I felt like I was being constricted above my upper left rib cage. Recently I had tingling go down my arm and on my chest with a sharp pain and general chest pain.

As of today I had this prickling sensation that felt like I was being stabbed in my feet with tiny needles.

For some more context I’m on rotating work schedule, work the nights currently, and barely see the sun. I also think of myself as highly anxious.
