Recon Specialist Counters Recon Perks... Why?

I dunno if anyone else has noticed this, but Recon specialist actively counters both Ghost and Ninja. Like they may not be able to see me on the mini map or hear me near them, but if they're respawning they'll see me and if I get close they'll get an alert. Seems like a MASSIVE oversight for recon specialist to counter recon perks. Pretty simple to fix, remove the scan and make the HUD flash/high alert only proc when you're being ADSed at. It would still probably be the best perk specialist and it'd still be the one I'd run.
