Trump's cabinet picks have actually helped me relax a little.

Kristi Noem, Pete Hegseth and Matt F'n Gaetz are not the people you install in your government if you're planning to impose fascism or establish your dictatorship.

I'm not saying that these people can't do damage. But Trump is not setting himself up to be President for life if he's depending on Kristi Noem to keep the men with guns on his side.

Trump is clearly staffing the government with Weaklings and supplicants who owe everything to him. Dictators do that AFTER they've established themselves as a dictator.

The danger from Trump remains stuff like letting his people loot the government through contracts and gutting regulations. Establishing a dictatorship isn't happening with these clowns.
