Am I wrong?

So I ordered Culver’s and received Mexican food with my Culver’s drink🤔. I live on the ground level so no stairs and there’s no complicated way in or out of my apartment. Tipped $10 as well. I called the guy to let him know he messed up and he acted as if I was the one in the wrong. I gave him a thumbs down and took away the entire tip…am I wrong? Honestly, I feel like it’s a pretty stupid mistake to make especially since I looked at the receipt on the Mexican food and saw there was no drink. That makes it worse
