What game can my friend and I build from this stuff we have?

My friend and I have some assorted items and are wondering if you guys had any idea what we could build.Last summer we built a vertical testing device, and we are reusing the pieces to make a game. We both like Ultimate a lot, so we were thinking on building some sort of frisbee basketball or frisbee soccer game, but if you have any other ideas, wonderful! Something that two-four people could play, like bags(cornhole). What we have:

Ping pong table sized piece of wood (slightly smaller, and with some nail holes)

Garbage Can.

3 pieces of PVC: one that's five feet, one nine, and one three.

Some strong magnets.

Tools and paint.

Construction Sand bags.

I know this is a random assortment, but we're not looking for something that is beautiful, just fun. We also have about forty bucks to buy some other items.
