Three Christmases with a three month old
Please tell me if I'm being unreasonable or not. Im (41f) exhausted raising a three month old and exclusively pumping while my husband (40m) wants us to attend three separate Christmases.
Long story short in the span of 4 days my husband is expecting Christmas miracles. I'm tired, dealing with health issues and pumping every 2 to 3 hours because my little bub wouldn't latch properly. My baby is the light of my life but she is not a good sleeper and gets overtired easily. When she's overtired she is very fussy. We live beside my parents as they gave us our house so we will be spending Sunday with them to celebrate Xmas. We also are seeing his mom's side of the family Xmas day which has been planned for awhile.
Just yesterday my partner told me he wants to see his dad's side of the family Xmas eve. I don't think he understands how exhausting and challenging it will be not to mention fear of RSV and the flu with my basically newborn. I want to tell him it's too much but I don't know if I'm being unreasonable.
Tl;dr Should I take a three month old to three separate Christmases while pumping, exhausted and not well physically just to make my husband happy?
