Replacing old school bathroom light/fan units

Hi Brains Trust.

I have 3 bathrooms in my house with the classic light/heat/fan style of extractor units. Bonus is that they also just vent straight into the attic (which is vented).

These units are loud and ugly, so I'd like to replace them.

I'd also like to duct them outside, as I presume this is just plain better than dumping moist shower air into the attic.

Any recommendations for replacement units? I don't need the light or heat part, since there are plenty of other downlights and i dont like heat lamps. Looking for something with good airflow performance, as quiet as possible, and i'd ideally pair with a switch that includes some humidity/occupancy sensing so that it just comes on automatically and i never have to remind the children to use it :-)
