will service ontario take cash for parking tickets?

i took out cash to pay for some tickets at city hall because of my card’s limit. but the tickets are overdue and need to be taken to service ontario, i don’t remember them taking cash when dealing with my passport recently. anyone know the deal? just so i don’t waste my precious time waiting. thanks!
