Question on miles.

Hello everyone! So I am looking to buy a 22' MYP and the milage has about 40K. I don't drive much now, maybe around 2000 miles a year or so. I really fell in love with the car and now looking to buy a used one, I am just curious is this considered to be "a lot of miles"? I really have zero clue so I am looking to see what some other owners have to think. Thanks in advance!
