Hi everyone,

Looking for some advice here as stated in the titles. Will be renting for the first time, and just curious what the general opinion is around some property management companies such as Main Street Renewal, Invitation Homes, Progress Residential and some of the big other companies out there. I see they have some very nice properties, but the horror stories that I am reading online is really making me hesitant about going with one of these companies, but at the same time I'm somewhat limited here on my options.

Just wanted to hear what other people had to say, and if there's really one company you all would recommend. Much appreciated, thank you.

Hi everyone,

I was targeted for a 250K biz plat SUB, currently I have the biz gold for business expenses, and I 100% get my use case out of this card with zero issues at all, however looking at the plat I can see there's really no use case for me here speaking from a points earning perspective.

The perks I could see myself getting out of the card would only be hotel credits (MAYBE the Hilton credit), lounge access which isn't a priority for me as I already have a card that gives priority pass, and the 35% points back, from my understanding the $200 airline fee credit is hard to get value out of now that they removed the United travel bank workaround.

With all that said, I wanted to hear f

Hi,

So I've been questioning if I should get the Bilt Palladium card or go with the Amex Gold, I'm currently not renting, but I've been reading around and people have been saying you don't necessarily need to be renting anymore to make the card work for you. Also not sure if it's worth noting I did recently cancel my C1 VX, since I didn't really like the transfer partners and didn't value the miles as much.

Current monthly spend would be $500 dining, $250 groceries which does include Costco, so there's that factor, and then misc is roughly $2K, but can shoot up to $3K depending on the month, as it might include flights and hotel bookings sometimes. My only hesitation that I've pulling t

Hi all,

Recently just started testing a new brand and we're killing it and we want to take advantage of this very quickly if we can. Currently our Campaign is at $100 / day, and the entire budget is being used and it's been profitable. My question for the Ad Experts here now, what's the safest way to scale? I've been reading 20% every 24-48hrs, but ideally we want to start seeing just how much we can push this without losing and traction.

Should we create new campaigns with new creatives and run those also at a $100 / day? I've also seen people increase the budget right away with the same steady results, but I'm wondering if that's a disastrous approach. Any help or feedback is apprecia

Hi all,

Been doing some testing with FB ads with a brand new store we just opened, first day (brand new pixel etc) we saw 2 conversions, very good profit margins, and very good CTR, just good numbers all across the board.

Second day, complete flop, huge waste on the same exact ads, creatives etc. Third day, which we are at now, same story as the second day.

From my understanding, a creative cannot just die overnight. So I'm wondering exactly what the situation would be here, why, and how this could have happened and interested in any type of feedback available. The only change from first day to second, was more interest targets were added in attempt to scale.

Hi all, I’m looking to get a new PC and I’m super indecisive because I really don’t know what’s a good buy, or what’s worth it or not. My budget is around $900, with room to be increased if completely necessary.

The best thing that I’ve found so far is this by Costco, It’s $850 - CyberPowerPC Gamer Xtreme Gaming Desktop - Intel Core Ultra 5 225F – NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 - Windows 11 Home – 32GB RAM – 2TB SSD.

I don’t know if there’s anything else that compares to it, and if it is possibly the best spec’d out there for its price. I have checked Newegg, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Amazon and haven’t seen anything with similar specs. I am looking for 32 GB Ram like this one has, and also pref

Hi all, So I've been looking around on the market for *maybe* a Mercedes, and the GLC 43 AMG really caught my eye as it fits what I'm looking for. I'd love to get the GLC 63, however, that is a bit out of my price range. So I found the next best thing, a 2020 GLC AMG 43. My main concern is reliability, so many times I have heard, and from my parents too, that Mercedes is unreliable, and will cause a slew of headaches.

Now, of course, I honestly cannot confirm this or deny it because I've never owned a Mercedes as well as a European-branded car in general (I've only ever owned Dodges). But overall, I am curious about what reliability looks like for these cars, and I'm curious to hear from

Hi all, So I'm booking a trip to Europe, and I am honestly super confused about the IAP. I've booked an IAP Economy before, and I was super surprised they gave me extra legroom seats, it was almost Premium Economy, not quite, but close I guess you could say. So I guess I wanted to hear from others about whether this is exactly what the IAP does and if it's normal before I go ahead and book this flight.

Hey all, I'm sure this question has been asked very often here. But I am very indecisive when it comes to picking out a card. I cannot seem to factor in everything or maybe there are things I am missing out on. So I've finally come here for some advice.

I am a 1 Card type of guy, I do not really like mixing, matching, or whatever else you want to call it. So I suppose I am looking for the best "all-rounded" card. Currently, we have the Amex Platinum, fly AA pretty often because it seems like they have the most "affordable" flights when it comes to US destinations, and then again we do all of our usual spending on the card as well. I guess the main question that I have is if there is a bett

Hello everyone. Just came here to see if anyone else has had this issue before. So my Dobie is throwing up bile and when this does happen it seems like he always does it around the same exact time in the morning. His feeding time is 6 hours apart, and he always eats with no issues at all. I've been reading around and some say to give snacks in the morning and before bedtime. I would like to hear some other opinions on this.

Hello everyone! So I am looking to buy a 22' MYP and the milage has about 40K. I don't drive much now, maybe around 2000 miles a year or so. I really fell in love with the car and now looking to buy a used one, I am just curious is this considered to be "a lot of miles"? I really have zero clue so I am looking to see what some other owners have to think. Thanks in advance!
