Need advice on tweaking regime

Hey all, looking for some feedback/advice.

Currently on a year long weight loss journey which began Fall of 2023. Started at 231 lbs, currently at 202, but have been as low as 198, but weight loss has plateaued like mad. I reached 200 lbs in June of 2024, for reference.

I'm 6'2", and typically try to keep my calories to 1550 a day, with my macros roughly 120 carbs, 120-160 protein, 50 grams fat.

I currently run about 15k a week, and do weights 3 times a week (legs, arms, back). This has been my routine for about a year now.

I feel like my weight loss has just halted. I will have a cheat meal once a week on Saturday, bloat like 5 or 6 pounds, then lose the weight slowly over the next 4 days and MAYBE if im completely religious with my regime, go back down to my starting weight and lose another half pound. I also find the low carb/fiber diet has me constipated often which makes the weight loss hard to follow.

Also, If I take ANY amount of time off I will put on a ton of weight and have to work double to lose it again. For example, I was 198 prior to Christmas this year. One week off of dieting and running and I was back to 206. I started my strict regime again the first week of January and have only made it back to 202 thus far.

Thoughts on tweaks I should be making? I feel like I lost my first 30 quickly but have been stuck in Limbo for like 6 months despite keeping my routine up. I'm starting to feel there is some merit in the set point theory.
