Does Framer Offer a Free Domain Name?

Hey everyone! 👋

I’ve been exploring Framer for building websites, and I’m wondering about domain options. I know some platforms provide free subdomains or even custom domains on certain plans.

1️⃣ Does Framer offer a free domain name, or only a free subdomain (*.framer.website)?
2️⃣ If I want a custom domain, do I need a paid plan?
3️⃣ Are there any workarounds to connect a free custom domain to a Framer site?
4️⃣ Has anyone used third-party services (like Freenom) to get a free domain and link it to Framer?
5️⃣ Are there better alternatives for getting a free domain while using Framer?
