Need some help with this shit app if possible.

Been using this app to sell stuff, I posted a metal detector and later changed the description of it, however, after updating the listing it got flagged as a weapon for some reason and my account got suspended. This happened before when I did actually post a weapon (didn't know at that time) and I was able to request reviews and get some kind of support, now when I hit request review it keeps leading me to these pages that dont go anywhere?!?!
