Ultra 7 265k or i7 14700k for my new build?

Thinking about buying a new PC. I'm still torn between those two CPUs tho. I play a lot of games and want to play on at least 1440p. I want to play games like Cyberpunk on max settinga as well as shooter games. I also edit a lot with after effects, davinci, Photoshop and such.

The current specs I'll play to buy: 4070ti super

Z890 elite ice mobo (if I buy the ultra 7) Z790 elite ice mobo (if I buy the 14700)

Ddr5-6400 Patriot Viper 64gb Patriot Viper vp4300 lite m.2 (2tb) Arctic liquid freezer 3

Does anyone have experience with either of those two and can give me an opinion?

Another thing to mention; I have DDR5 6400 ram so I wouldn't be able to use that with the z790 since it is nativ to 5600 max. I would have to OC to get that 6400. Don't know if 5600 and 6400 are a big difference..
