My (30m) gf (30f) makes small things into a big deal

We’ve been dating for a bit over a year. Our relationship is good for the most part, lots of improvements. However, there is just one big issues that we need to overcome. She (30f) take small things about me and make it such a big deal. Here is the recent example, I (30m) forgot to open the window on one side of the apartment, but opened the window on the other. When I opened the door, I accidentally bumped her, didn’t know she was standing right by the door. I accidentally left a candy wrapper out on the counter top. All that happened over the weekend, she collected all of that and yelled at me about it last night. I was so baffled because we had a great day yesterday, we drove out to explore and got juicy burgers. The day before, I bought seat covers for her because I know she wanted it. I was baffled because I was like… we just had a good day… I bought you flowers… why those little human errors of mine bothers you way more than what a great day we have today?? When she “vents” about it, it sounded more like an accusation and she expected me to hear all that while for me, naturally, I went full defense and be like, “hey! What about the good stuff we did over the weekend??” I was hurt by it and trying to talk to her out of all of this. I was like, “ask yourself! That little thing I did, would it hurt you in 5 min? 5 hours? 5 years? Did ya die???” She apologized for her behavior, but damn, I was hurting all morning. I was hurting because after all those things I did for her, she only focused on the small stuff and let it bother her. She just signed up for therapist so I am hoping that problem will get better.
