Hey everyone,

I launched a new store this month, and it started off really well. In the first week, things were going great, and in the second week, my conversion rate was consistently between 3% and 4%. However, my ads stopped performing as well, and since then, my conversion rate has been steadily declining.

This Monday, I had my worst day yet, with a conversion rate of just 1.24%. Also my AOV has dropped, which means I’m now losing money on ads. Because of this, I’ve stopped all ads with a ROAS below 1.00.

For targeting, I first used an A+ audience with an iterest, and then I tried a broad A+ audience this week, but that hasn’t been working well either. Additionally, I often get the "Limited Learning" or "Limited Ad Creative" message after just a few days, which is making it harder to scale.

For scaling I used horizontal scaling by duplicating all my winning adsets 3 times into a new campaign, which started really well, but also stopped working after a few days.

Since the store had such a strong start, I’m think that there’s still a lot of potential. Now, I just need to figure out the right strategy to regain momentum.

Does anyone have any tips or know of any good YouTube videos that could help me turn things around?

Thanks in advance!

New store, almost 10k but lost momentum
