Hallo allemaal,

Hey everyone,

I'm running a dropshipping store in Austria and I'm using Airwallex as my payment gateway with EPS for Austria. I also run a dropshipping Store in Belgium using Bancontact also trought Airwallex with no problems at all.

However, I’ve noticed that a loads of EPS transactions are failing, despite some going through successfully.

Here’s what I’m experiencing:

Many payments get 'fail authentication', even after customers initiate the payment.

Higher-value transactions (around €60+) seem to fail more often than lower ones.

I have a few questions about this:

*Is anyone else experiencing high EPS failure rates with Austrian customers?

*Are there known issues with certain banks

Hey everyone,

Until December 2024 I ran a successful Shopify dropship store in Germany, but due to issues with my payment provider, I had to stop for a while and search for solutions to start again. Over the past two months, I’ve reworked my strategy, and now I’ve launched the same store again, and 2 other stores (same) but for Belgium and Austria. So like Blabla Niche België and Blabla Niche Austria.

I connected the same meta pixel from my German store to my new stores since it still works great for that store, hoping to create strong lookalike audiences. Since I think the audience is the same, but just a different location. However, most of my 400+ sales happened just over 60 days ago i

Hey everyone, I have a previous post where I explain that my account was closed and why. I was just starting and my store was growing to fast to handle it all on my own, made a few mistakes. Took a risk i thought I could handle. Now I am here.

But since things are getting worse now everyday because of the frezen Stripe account and I am expecting serious financial problems due to this I have a few questions that I hope that some of you that have a similar experience with Stripe can answer.

  1. From my last payout I have been handling return and refunds, but now Stripe is trying to withdraw that payout from my bankaccount. What happens when you are not able to pay this?

  2. Stripe also has my

Hey everyone,

Yesterday, my Stripe account has closed due to High Risk for chargebacks.

At first I thought and searched if dropshipping was legal on Stripe and after some research I thought this would be fine, as long as i'm transparant about it to Stripe and on my webshop. (I'm in the Netherlands selling in Germany) I needed Stripe to use Klarna. But apparently I overlooked something. I was already scared after reading about dropshipping trought Stripe on Reddit and planning to quit Stripe next friday after my last payouts but unfortunately I was to late and €8,3k is being held now.

They closed my account after a chargeback came from Klarna from customers that did not ask me for a return

So, I used Stripe for my dropshipping store. Which already was kinda tricky, I know. But my customer service was perfect and always answering within 10 minutes and the products were good so I thought I had nothing to worry about.

But I woke up this morning, seeing an inquiry, Stripe says: Nothing to worry about, it's not a chargeback yet, you can just fix it . But I did not receive any email from the customer that she wanted to return something.

Yesterday the same thing happened. People who use Klarna pay in 30 days, so when they don't like the product they refuse to pay, which automatically leads to a chargeback.

Now Stripe just closed my account because of high risk voor chargeback, I
