Pre-eclampsia Concern?

Question

Hi all, I had my routine 33 week midwife appointment today and although my fundal height, babys' HR, and pregnancy are going well otherwise, my blood pressure was high today (138/90) and they detected trace amounts of protein in my urine, so I was sent to the Maternity Assessment Unit to check for pre-eclampsia (baby also has a LGA, and is measuring 2.5 weeks ahead).

They monitored my BP for 4 hours, took bloods and a urine sample to send off for testing, and did some fetal monitoring for 1.5 hours. I was sent home after 5 hours and all I was really told was if something was wrong they'd call me tomorrow, and the high blood pressure was probably just stress and the trace amounts of protein in the urine could just be normal, same with the swelling.

My issue is I wasn't stressed at all at my midwife appointment and was fine being assessed further, the BP numbers remained consistent so its not like it was randomly fluctuating or spiking. The urine sample was showing trace amounts still when they took a second sample, and when I asked about when to be concerned about my feet swelling they said "they look normal to me", but for someone with usually bony feet, having feet so swollen that it hurts to be upright and the puffiness causes crease lines along the foot it doesn't seem normal to me?

I'm concerned something is wrong but realistically don't feel like there's anything more they'll be able to do for me?

Has anyone else had these sort of symptoms and been fine?
