Do you carry your journal/notebook around with you all the time?

I really want to carry mine with me all the time. My current notebook is B5 which is just a bit too heavy and big for me personally to carry around along with my other things. My next notebook is a B6 and I'm so excited to bring it with me. I am a bit worried other people will read it or that it might get lost. I'll have a specific bag with me that I'll be carrying with me everyday and it fits into it (just - I have to push the zip down and I open and close it XD) I'm thinking about just writing my phone number/email address on the front page and just being particularly careful to keep it in the bag. Anything else anyone does to protect it from getting lost or people looking into it? As far as people looking in, will the feeling just disappear overtime as I continue to write outside around people? Overall, I’m just excited to be able to bring it around with me. I love B5/A5 sizes because but I miss being able to throw them into a small bag :)
