1. No one claims data can't be recovered from SSD. The claim is "trimmed data" can not be recovered by DIY level file recovery software.

2. TRIM is a command sent to a drive if certain demands are met. For example, the OS needs to send the command which may depend on exact file system a file is delete from.

3. If we answer a question about inability to recover data from a quick formatted NVMe SSD, we offer an explanation for the observed un-recoverability of that data. The most plausible explanation is that the data was trimmed.

You keep reiterating the opposite is true but so far we only have your claims.

It has not been determined / I am not convinced

- You even understand the claims.

- You recognize conditions under which TRIM commands are sent to the drive.

- You understand and can make the distinction between in use and not in use data at the file system level.

- You understand you're being downvoted because of that you say, not because of some conspiracy

- You understand we'd all love it if trimmed data was easily recoverable with cheap user level software

In fact, your arguments/answers suggest you haven't got the foggiest idea what you're talking about.
