***Alright I understand that the best medical advice is to see a Vet. I have went three times in the past 2 weeks so please no hate***

My Josie started gagging three weeks ago and I thought it was a possible hairball she couldn’t expel so I tried supplements and waited it out. Brought her to the vet who did a very QUICK exam & tested her urine with a dip- came back as a UTI. He said prescribed a 2 week course of Baytril. Few days pass and she has her voice back & seems back to her happy self. Two weeks go by & she finishes the rx. This Saturday (03/08) in the evening she starts to gag & cough. I bring her back to the original vet for follow up & after yet another QUICK exam he just prescribes Amoxcillin to clear up any infection lingering. Yesterday I stayed home from work to keep an eye on her since she had a temp of 103 at the vet. I went to recheck her temp with a thermometer and found tapeworm segments by her anus. I packed them up in a ziplock bag & took pics before they dried up. I brought her to another vet to get treated for the worms. He did an XR to rule out whether she had asthma but stated the XR came back normal. He prescribed a topical ointment for the worms & told me to discontinue the Amoxicillin.
Today she has been pretty lethargic for the most part & I have been keeping her cool with a damp cloth. I have been bringing her food with water & she has been eating but then crawls back into her bed to sleep. Any thoughts? I am going to bring her to the vet at the end of the week if she does not seem better but just wanted to know if I am making myself crazy & need to let some time pass so she can heal. I want to bring her to the ER but that’s so costly & she doesn’t seem to be “dying” but of course if her fever spikes over 105 I will bring her in. I feel like a mess & unwell worrying over my baby. She turns 1 at the end of the month. I just want her to be ok.

I added photos of the XR, her sleeping yesterday, & the tapeworm segment on my finger.

tapeworms? uri? help.
