If I’ve had syphilis for 8 months what symptoms should I even be worried about?

19f I am so sure I have none of them which is worrying. I remember there being a lump on my labia but that was literally all I’ve seen. At one point I stopped worrying abt stds bc I thought I only would’ve had herpes but had no signs of it. I tested positive in a blood test. The limp is no longer there and was painless
