Co-Op Apartment Question NY

My girlfriend’s Uncle owns a co-op apartment and is looking to let me live there at cost (maintenance fee+Utilities). He is going to be telling the building that my girlfriend will be living there and I will be visiting often but in reality I will be the primary resident. Is this something that the building could kick me out for if it is found out?
