10 Team PPR Redraft. I am a little thin on receivers but i do like Egbuka a lot. What should I do?

Drafted yesterday. Not sure if I should trade one of Mike Evans/Bucky to break up my Super stack so i don’t rely on one offense for a lot of my points. Let me know your thoughts on that and my team as a whole. Thanks!

My girlfriend’s Uncle owns a co-op apartment and is looking to let me live there at cost (maintenance fee+Utilities). He is going to be telling the building that my girlfriend will be living there and I will be visiting often but in reality I will be the primary resident. Is this something that the building could kick me out for if it is found out?

He is speaking to the board about it soon and is planning on saying that my girlfriend will be living there and I will be visiting often even though I will be the primary resident. Is this something that I could be evicted for if it this arrangement were to be found out? Thanks for any advice.

I have an opportunity to move into an apartment along Bronx River Road for pretty cheap (owned by a family member), and am wondering about the safety of the area as I am not familiar with Yonkers. It is right by McLean Ave and about a 10 minute walk from the Woodlawn Metro north station. Any info would be helpful. Thanks!
