Do we know how much Major and Minor skills contribute to level-up XP?

I looked around and I never found a clear answer. How much experience do we need for a level up, and how many Major skills need to increase for a level, and how many Minor skills need to increase for a level? Does it scale up as you level or is it always a set amount?
