Feet vibrating twitching after taking levofloxacin.. any supplement recommendations to help?

I took 4 doses of levofloxacin 500mg daily.. When I went to lay down to sleep last night, I noticed that my feet/toes were constantly vibrating and twitching. Almost 24 hours later, the symptoms have not improved - I have since stopped taking the antibiotic. Are there any supplement recommendations to help with these symptoms?
